Additional fees required for visa payment, they include the following:
SEVIS Fees – The full meaning of SEVIS is Student and Exchange Visitor Information System. This is a system design by program office to help monitor or track students as well as visitors, this is to ensure that they maintain their visa status while resident in the United State Of America. F, M, and J visa holders are tracked or monitored using this system. These individuals are tracked from the time they receive their initial documentation (which fall between DS-2019 or I-20), this exercise continues until the end of their program.

In a situation where a subsequent L-1 visa application exists, the applicant is to make the payment again.

- Schedule a visa interview appointment, to do this, you will be required to provide the following; (i) Passport number, (ii) Receipt number, (iii) Ten-digit barcode from the DS-160 confirmation page.
- Go for your visa interview at the US Embassy, either Lagos or Abuja. Note that you have to know your scheduled date and time.
